The Communities Against Rabies (CAR) program is the only global rabies program focusing on the ‘last mile’ of rabies elimination. GARC offers communities the ability to eliminate rabies in their communities, through a structured, science-based approach.
The CAR program strengthens the knowledge and capacity of local community stakeholders and provides these communities with access to GARC’s proven tools and dedicated resources.
